Carmine is the founder of RHS. He has a personal and, through RHS, a professional goal of delivering better healthcare at a lower all-in price, on the basis of two principles. First, simplicity. Second, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. Two decades after coming to the US for the fist time, his thick accent still proves that he was born and raised in Italy, where he started his career as a chemical engineer, and then as a strategy consultant for Bain & Co and a partner for BC Partners. He holds a MS in Chemical Engineering (Politecnico di Milano, Italy) and a MBA (M.I.T. Sloan School of Management).
